Refund Policy

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

• Projects involve dedicated planning, design, development, and resource allocation.
• Digital services cannot be returned once work has commenced.
• Software and digital deliverables are customized for each client.
• Time and professional services provided are non-recoverable.

Project Cancellation

Clients may request to cancel a project at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund of any amount already paid. Any outstanding work completed up to the cancellation date may still be delivered at our discretion.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided except where required by applicable law or where InstaBizz expressly agrees to do so in a separate written agreement.
